All products are handmade in small batches using premium ingredients. Due to the nature of baked goods, slight variations in appearance may occur.

Orders are processed for local pickup, delivery, or shipping based on the option selected at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, and shipping information.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for completed orders.

CAKESBYTHELB Dessert Co. is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier mishandling, or damages occurring after orders leave our possession.
